State College of Accountancy is the Higher Education under the Ministry of Finance official who held a Diploma of Financial Education Program. The goal is to educate students to have knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance public sector and to prepare students so that later became the Civil Servants who strongly disciplined, and dedicated high berakhlaq. STAN establishment by presidential decree No. 45 of 1974 jo. Presidential Decree No. 12 of 1967. On March 17, 2024 through Decree No.13495/MPK/1975 obtained the operating license from the Department of Education accountant education and culture. Finance Diploma Program which was originally held separately from STAN, its management is now delegated to the Director in accordance with the Letter of Assignment STAN Head of Education and Training Finance No. ST-098/BP/1997 dated October 31, 2023 and Circular Head of Education and Training Finance Number: SE-048/BP/1998 dated October 29, 1998. Although the college in STAN and Finance Prodip until now completely FREE and all graduates were placed directly as CPNS / PNS in the Ministry of Finance, does not mean it needs massive exposure on his personal website, because most people have always known they are, and the future is something we do not know for sure. Prevailing system of Drop Out (DO), namely: Getting a D value on the General Course (MKU) and Subjects of Expertise (MKK), more than 2 D's on the Basic Skills Course (MKDK), or the value of E in all subjects IP odd semesters below 2.0 GPA for the year or less than 2.6 Do not attend class more than 20% effective hours, or 4 times per subject in one semester, unless there is a description of the doctor-patient hospital Cheating during examinations (cheating, collaboration, etc.) In addition, there are disciplinary rules lectures include: Every male students are required to wear short sleeves / long motif plain, light blue, light gray or beige trousers and dark colors which are equipped with a belt. Each student is required to wear women's clothing / short-sleeved blouse / long motif plain, light blue, light gray or beige and dark skirt. Each student is prohibited from wearing tight clothes: jeans and the like, colored / batik motifs, plaid or striped. For students who do not follow the rules or breach of discipline imposed disciplinary punishment by the authorities to punish. During education, students are free education and boarding was not provided. Apakah dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru stan ada system PMDK? berapa syarat nilai minimalnya?

Tidak ada, penerimaan mahasiswa baru semuanya melalui ujian saringan masuk yang diselenggarakan secara serempak di seluruh Indonesia.

 

Kapan Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru STAN 2010?

Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru STAN 2010 adalah 10 Mei s.d. 4 Juni 2010, informasi selengkapnya silakan lihat di menu pendaftaran/pengumuman penerimaan mahasiswa baru stan 2010.

 

Apa bedanya STAN dengan Prodip (Program Diploma)?

Tidak ada bedanya, dan satu kesatuan yang utuh, dulu di STAN pernah di kelompokkan menjadi 2 divisi (Seperti fakultas di perguruan tinggi lain) STAN di ketuai oleh seorang Direktur dan Prodip dikepalai Kepala Badan Pendidikan dan Latihan Keuangan. Stan hanya memiliki jurusan akuntansi sedangkan prodip (Program Diploma terdiri dari prodip I dan III : Pajak, Anggaran, Bea Cukai, Pengurusan Piutang dan Lelang Negara, Penilai PBB). Untuk saat ini telah melebur menjadi satu di bawah pimpinan Direktur STAN. Setelah beberapa kali berganti nama ada wacana STAN diganti nama menjadi Sekolah Tinggi Keuangan (STK).

 

Saya memiliki nilai rata-rata 8,2 tetapi ada nilai mata pelajaran yang dibawah 7, bolehkah saya mendaftar STAN

Ya, Anda diperkenankan untuk mendaftar, karena syarat yang ditentukan adalah nilai rata-rata ujian tertulis minimal 7,0.

 

Nilai rata-rata tidak kurang dari 7,0 dari UAN atau UAS

Nilai ujian tertulis berarti bukan ujian praktek, yaitu nilai UAN+UAS dibagi jumlah mata pelajaran yang bersangkutan.

 

Saya lulusan tahun 2007 tetapi umur saya baru 20 tahun, bolehkah mendaftar

Tidak boleh, yang bisa mendaftar harus memenuhi 2 syarat sekaligus : Umur tidak lebih dari 21 tahun (21 tahun pas, masih boleh) dan hanya untuk lulusan 3 tahun terakhir, untuk ketentuan yang berlaku tahun ini silakan cek pengumuman pendaftaran.

 

Apakah nomor rekening untuk pembayaran biaya pendaftaran sama dengan yang ada dibuku kumpulan soal

Nomor rekening berbeda untuk setiap tahun, sebelum melakukan pembayaran, pastikan telah memiliki pengumuman terbaru.

 

Bolehkan pembayaran dilakukan dengan rekening ayah saya

Pembayaran harus disetorkan melalui setoran tunai atas nama calon peserta, tidak dilakukan melalui transfer via atm atau sejenisnya.

 

Saya tinggal di Malang, apakah dengan mendaftar di Jayapura peluang diterima menjadi lebih besar

Kelulusan/diterima atau tidaknya calon mahasiswa antara lain ditentukan hasil ujian saringan masuk yang dirangking secara nasional, setelah syarat-syarat lain terpenuhi, sehingga mendaftar di tempat pendaftaran mana saja memiliki peluang yang sama.

 

Biasanya pendaftaran di STAN itu gimana ya caranya??? apa langsung ke STAN nya atau gimana?

Ya, pendaftaran dilakukan dengan datang langsung ke tempat-tempat pendaftaran terdekat di kota Anda yang telah ditentukan, sedangkan mulai tahun 2009 pendaftaran dilakukan secara online melalui internet, untuk tahun 2010 dengan datang langsung ke tempat pendaftaran. selengkapnya

 

Apa yang harus saya lakukan agar saya bisa diterima di STAN?

Yang jelas harus lebih dibanding peserta yang lain, dalam hal persiapan yang lebih matang, belajar lebih banyak, kesabaran untuk mengurangi porsi bermain, hura-hura dan kegiatan yang tidak bermanfaat, ketenangan saat mengerjakan ujian dengan memiliki bekal yang cukup.

 

Banyak persepsi dari masyarakat lain bahkan para pelajar/mahasiswa lainya bahwa STAN sekarang ini tidak lagi ikatan dinas,menyikapi hal tersebut sekedar sbg pertimbangan agar dalam pemberian informasi seputar STAN untuk diperjelas.

Sampai saat ini, lulusan STAN masih ditempatkan sesuai jurusan dan formasi yang tersedia, dan selama pendidikan tidak dipungut biaya, jika ada informasi terbaru akan segera diposting dalam personal website ini.

 

Mohon mahasiswa yang diterima di STAN diperbanyak agar kesempatannya lebih besar.

Untuk menentukan jumlah mahasiswa yang akan diterima disesuaikan dengan usulan-usulan dari unit kerja terkait berdasarkan formasi yang tersedia untuk tahun berikutnya. Formasi bisa terjadi karena penambahan unit kerja baru, pegawai pensiun, pegawai meninggal, pegawai mengundurkan diri, dan pertimbangan lain. Jika jumlah mahasiswa yang diterima lebih besar dari yang dibutuhkan akan berakibat keterlambatan dalam penempatan atau bahkan tidak memperoleh formasi kosong.

 

Tolong selalu berikan informasi yang selalu uptodate

Ya, kami berusaha memberikan informasi terkini yang bersumber dari kampus STAN, website Departemen Keuangan, maupun dari kawan-kawan yang masih aktif di kampus.

 

Kapan pendaftaran STAN untuk tahun 2010?

Mulai pendaftaran STAN tahun 2010 adalah 10 Mei sampai dengan 4 Juni 2010.

 

Sebenarnya saya hanya mau tanya. apa yg diterima di STAN itu jurusan IPS saja ? saya ingin masuk STAN tapi saya ada di jurusan IPA bisa kah saya masuk ? kalau bisa apa ada syarat lain ? terima kasih
Yang boleh mendaftar adalah lulusan SMU/SLTA dan sederajat, Madrasah Aliyah dan SMK semua Jurusan 3 tahun  terakhir, apabila syarat-syarat lain terpenuhi

 

Apakah Kuliah di STAN benar-benar gratis?

Ya benar, sampai saat ini pendidikan di Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara Tidak dipungut biaya, tidak disediakan asrama dan setelah lulus di tempatkan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Selain itu melalui website ini juga tersedia bantuan biaya pendaftaran, bantuan buku, bantuan pemondokan bagi siswa berprestasi namun kurang mampu yang disediakan para alumni dan para dermawan.

 

Berapa biaya pendaftaran STAN?

Biaya pendaftaran STAN untuk periode terakhir ( penerimaan mahasiswa baru 2010) sebesar Rp. 150.000,00 (seratus lima puluh ribu rupiah).

 

Apakah agar bisa diterima di STAN bisa menggunakan jalur khusus (koneksi) dan dengan uang sumbangan?

Yang diterima di STAN hanyalah yang memenuhi syarat-syarat dan murni sesuai hasil Ujian Saringan, tidak ada sistem koneksi dan uang sumbangan dan sejenisnya, bahkan anak seorang dosen STAN pun tidak bisa masuk jika tidak lulus ujian.

 

Berapa jumlah mahasiswa yang diterima dan jumlah pendaftar setiap tahun?

Menurut informasi terakhir, jumlah yang diterima tahun 2006 sekitar 2.368 mahasiswa, sedang  yang mendaftar sekitar 120.000 orang. Sedangkan jumlah yang mendaftar pada tahun 2007 sebanyak 25.2014 770 yang diterima 2.014 orang. Secara rata-rata daya tampung setiap tahun sekitar 2.000 mahasiswa.

 

Adakah kiat-kiat tertentu agar bisa diterima di Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN).

Kiat khusus sich tidak ada, namun rata-rata yang diterima di STAN pernah mempelajari latihan soal-soal yang pernah diujian dan mencoba lagi saat tidak lulus Ujian Saringan Masuk STAN. Buku kumpulan soal saat ini mudah ditemukan, karena penerbitnya banyak dengan berbagai kualitas dan harga yang bervariasi pula.

 

Jurusan di Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara yang paling favorite apa ya?

Kalau masalah favorite atau tidak, tentunya juga sepadan dengan tingkat persaingan, jurusan yang banyak diminati diantaranya akuntansi pemerintah dan perpajakan

 

Berapa nilai minimal agar bisa mendaftar Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara?

Nilai minimal rata-rata ujian tertulis 7,0 (rata-rata dari nilai  UAN ditambah nilai UAS).

 

Bagaimana jika nilai rata-rata UAN sudah lebih dari 7,0 tetapi rata-rata nilai keseluruhan kurang dari 7,0?

Sesuai ketentuan nilai rata-rata ujian tertulis minimal 7,0, jadi meskipun rata-rata UAN lebih dari 7,0 namun jika rata-rata belum mencapai 7,0 maka tidak bisa mendaftar.

 

Apakah mahasiswa STAN disediakan asrama?

Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara tidak menyediakan asrama untuk mahasiswa reguler.

 

Apa bedanya D I dan D III?

D I lama pendidikan 1 tahun, D III lama pendidikan 3 tahun ( 6 semester), lulusan D I mempunyai golongan IIa, sedangkan lulusan D III adalah golongan II c, dari standar penghasilan tentunya juga lebih besar lulusan D III.

 

Apakah saat ini di STAN masih ikatan dinas?

Bolehkah jika saya diterima di STAN, kuliah sambil kerja?

Selama ini sich tidak ada larangan untuk sambil kerja, asalkan tidak mengganggu waktu kuliah, selain itu banyak pula mahasiswa yang sambil mengajar privat untuk menambah uang saku, ada pula yang sambil jualan, dsb.

 

Kenapa sih mahasiswa yang diterima jumlahnya sedikit?

Jumlah yang diterima diseduaikan dengan formasi dan perencanaan SDM yang tersedia. Jika yang diterima melampaui yang dibutuhkan akan meneyulitkan saat penempatan kerja.

 

Setelah lulus dari STAN apakah bisa meneruskan S1 nya ke luar negeri? apakah peluangnya hanya bisa jadi pegawai pemerintah saja? kalau sudah masuk pabean dan cukai apakah bisa kerja untuk departemen lainnya? dan setelah lulus nanti jabatan dasar apa yng disediakan bagi yg baru lulus di kantor pemerintah masing2 misalnya? terima kasih.

Untuk S1 biasanya dalam negeri, sedangkan S2 bisa ambil beasiswa luar negeri jika ada penawaran dan sudah memenuhi persyaratan. Jabatan dasar setelah lulus adalah pelaksana.

2009 Korean Government Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Students

1. Program Objective The objective of the Korean Government Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Students is to provide international students with the opportunity to conduct advanced studies at higher educational institutions in Korea in order to promote international exchange in education and mutual friendship between countries. 2. Study Fields and the Universities 4-year undergraduate courses which are provided by designated universities. ※ Students may apply only to schools where the level of tuition is similar with the average level of Korean universities. ※ NIIED will select the designated universities. (Selected school information will be updated later.) 3. Academic Programs Undergraduate degree courses for four years after successfully completing a one-year Korean Language Training. University transferring is not allowed.(e.g. Beginning in 3rd year is not allowed.) 4. Total Candidates for Selection : 150 people Refer to the attachment. 5. Qualifications Prospective applicant must meet the following qualification criteria : (1) Applicants should be a citizen of the country to which this scholarship program is offered. (including applicant’s parents) ※ Applicants should not be a holder of Korean citizenship. (2) Applicants should be under 25 years of age as of March 1, 2009. (3) Have an adequate health, both physically and mentally. ※ Persons who are pregnant or having severe illness may not apply. (4) Have finished or be scheduled to finish formal education of elementary, middle, high school outside of Korea as of March 1, 2009. (5) Possess a grade point average (G.P.A.) above 80% from the last educational institution attended or have earned top 10% of G.P.A. among classmates. (6) Not at any time have received a Korean government scholarship for his/her undergraduate study before. (7) Not have enrolled in an undergraduate course in Korea before. (8) Preferential selection for applicants who are good at Korean or English. 6. Scholarship Payment9. Scholarship Award Procedures (1) The Korean Embassy or Consulate abroad makes a preliminary checking of applicants based upon the recommendations and cooperation of the government of the applicant’s. (2) The Korean Embassy or Consulate abroad recommends the selected candidates to the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), along with the documents through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. (3) NIIED Review Committee selects the final candidates and, through the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, informs the Korean Embassies in the countries concerned. (4) If there is a vacancy by abandonment of the nominee, then the additional selection can be made among those applicants who have good academic record, concerning the demand of other countries. 10. Academic Study in Korea (1) Korean Language Course ① Duration : One year (Additional class for 6 months is available after entering the undergraduate school) ② Institution : Institutions which NIIED designates for Korean language training ③ Note : The Bachelor’s degree candidates are expected to possess a good command of Korean since the language of instruction is Korean in most university classes. (2) Admission to an Undergraduate Degree Program ① Be admitted to a designated university selected by NIIED. ② The grantees can apply to up to 3 schools among designated universities, then the admission will be decided by the total grade of Korean proficiency, English proficiency and each university’s own evaluation. ③ If the grantee can not get admission to any of the 3 universities to which he/she applied, then NIIED and university will assign a school to the grantee at discretion. (3) Graduation of Undergraduate Course ① If the grantee is needed to write a final thesis, then it must be written in Korean in principle. ② If the final thesis is must be written in another foreign language, then the grantee should submit a summary in Korean to NIIED. 11. Important things (1) Entry ① The grantees must arrive in Korea by March 27, 2009. ② If the grantee does not enter Korea by the date stated above without any special reason, the scholarship award will be canceled. (2) Preparation for Entry ① Prior to arrival, the grantees should acquire some knowledge about the Korean climate, customs, culture, etc. ② Every grantee should read the 「Guidebook for Korean Government Scholarship - Undergraduate Students」 thoroughly, which will be distributed prior to arriving in Korea. The grantee should keep it for reference while staying in Korea. ③ The grantee will begin to receive their monthly allowance from April 1st, 2009. Therefore, he/she is advised to bring extra money to cover their living expenses for the first month. ④ The grantee is required to get a visa before arriving in Korea. ※ Visit the Consular section of the Korean embassy or consulate in one’s country of residence with the invitation letter from NIIED, after being informed of one’s selection. ⑤ The grantee is strongly asked not to bring one’s family to Korea in principle. However, if the grantee who is already married wants to bring his/her family, then the one can bring only his/her spouse and children. Even in this case, the grantee must not bring one’s family during his/her Korean language training period.
